I can’t decide whether nachos – in general – are healthy or unhealthy.
I guess it depends on how much cheese, meat, sour cream and salt you use?
And I suppose there has to be a good ratio of fresh salad to corn chips… because my children would quite happily eat ONLY corns chips for dinner!
Anyway, we pigged out on nachos the other day, using leftover Bolognese meat sauce.
And yeah it was slightly on the healthy side.
I was going to forgo the cheese – but nachos just ain’t the same without melted cheese!
