This was last week’s lunch – Salmon crusted with pistachio and sesame dukkah, with assorted sprouts.
One of my favourite paleo meals is SALMON AND SALAD.
I absolutely love salmon.
I love it lightly cooked with a bit of salt and cracked pepper. Baked with pesto. Raw with wasabi and soy sauce. Crumbed with Italian herbs. Mixed with Indian spices.
But most of all, I love my salmon pan fried, coated with dukkah (a blend of nuts, seeds, and spices).
